IDL SERIES
Essen Deinki’s IDL Series D-subminiature connectors are built for sturdy and reliable connections. They’re crafted from steel with a choice of zinc/cadmium or tin plating for durability. The insulators are made from flame-retardant thermoplastic material (UL94V-O), prioritizing safety. These connectors feature copper alloy contacts for dependable conductivity.
In terms of electrical performance, they support a current rating of 1.4A (26 AWG) or 1A (28 AWG). These connectors can withstand 1000V for one minute, have a low contact resistance of up to 15 milliohms, and offer excellent insulator resistance with a minimum of 3000 Mohms at 500V DC. They operate reliably in temperatures ranging from -50°C to +105°C, making them suitable for various applications where robust and safe connections are essential.
