Essen deinki’s PS-Series precision limit switches are the real deal. You can choose from Single Pole (1NO + 1NC) or Double Pole (2NO + 2NC) configurations, giving you control flexibility. These switches mean business with their quick break-before-make action, ensuring precision in your operations. They’re built to last, with a mechanical life of at least 10 million operations. Plus, they’ve got fine silver contacts that work smoothly and provide high contact pressure, perfect for dry circuit applications.
Their tough thermoplastic enclosure, rated semi-dustproof (IP-10), can handle the heat and resist arcs. And when it comes to electrical strength, they’re no slouch, standing tall at 1000V AC for 1 minute between non-continuous terminals and 1500V AC for 1 minute between terminals and the body (ground). Types of actuators
Plain Plunger Actuators
Roller Plunger Actuators
Actuators are designed for one hole mounting. The roller plunger in line woth the length of the limit switch or at right angle to it. This allows roller to accept cam or slide from any of the four directions.
Six Inch (150mm) Plain Lever Actuator
Actuators are provided either top and right hand mounting or top and left hand mounting. The lever may be cut or bent to any desired length and shape by the user to satisfy unusual requirements.
Roller Lever Actuator
Actuators are provided either top and right hand mounting or top and left hand mounting. The levers are equipped with a steel roller which may be actuated by a cam or some similar actuating device. Operation is provided in both directions.
